135-Acre Medical Campus Breaks Ground in North Las Vegas

Yesterday, Pacific Group broke ground on Helios, a 135-acre mixed-use medical campus in North Las Vegas. The project, designated as a Job Creation Zone, has now been named Helios.

This project is estimated to be completed in 7 to 10 years. The entire campus is estimated to have 1.3 million square-foot of office space, 290 hotel rooms in two buildings, 7 restaurants, 900,000 square-foot of research and development space, 250,000 square-foot of retail space, and create 12,000 jobs.
